Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In just one year she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is the back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
