Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in times of rapid change and growth. She has served as an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive advantages. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached leaders who have demonstrated the results and success. Her efforts helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer for Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non profit organizations. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
